Unfortunately, the Sherman Triathlon has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.. However, it will be back in 2014 better then ever!!! but until then....

2nd Annual Julia's 5K Run/Walk

The Second Annual Julia's 5K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, May 19th at 10am in Sherman, CT.  Last year, at the Inaugural run, so many came out to show support and take part in this community event. From seasoned athletes to young children and grandparents, this was an event for everyone.

Full Throttle Nation Foundation donates a portion of the proceeds to the Sherman School Athletic & Wellness fund in honor of Julia Malsin.

Julia was a brave and courageous 13-year-old student at the Sherman School, who was diagnosed with aplastic anemia in January of 2011. Throughout the year of 2011, Julia fought a long, hard battle, but on January 27, 2012, her fight came to an end.  This event was created to try to honor her and the outstanding young person she was.
